I did take a couple of photos during the process but cannot find them

Basically, I took a zip disk and cut the 1/4 panel from front to back, around the tail lights, cut the inner fender in the same way. lastly I cut it at the curving body line around the door. I pull it all outward about 1 1/2" and fill in the gap with welded in pieces of flat bar (1 1/2" x .0625"). After a million little spot welds, I topped everything off with some fiberglass filler and smoothed it all out.

If the pics turn up, I will be sure to post them.
