New "S"
Here's my new Boxster S, or rather a slightly used one, 10k miles, 18" wheels, litronic, Bose sound. Only trouble is that they're paving our road so it's all gravel or this nasty powder that they wet down so it's like glue, so I don't want to drive until they finish. D'oh!

Its a beauty! My favorite wheels, by the way. Amazing to see an '03 is already selling in the used market.
Enjoy!

Charles,
Thanks very much. It was a Porsche corporate lease return, in pristine condition. I can't wait to get it on the road.

It was leased to an exec here at Porsche of North America in Atlanta, probably a free perk, so he most likely didn't lose anything.

I just bought what appears to be an almost identical car. '03 S with litronic, PSM, full leather and door leather, Bose, painted rollbar, wheel crests, CD changer, and more, 7k miles. Car originally stickered for $66.4K, got it for 47k.

Mine is like your guys but without the creature comforts like cruise,psm,heated/power seats, or anythin lux like that. I do have xenons, carrera wheels like those(love those), and bose plus painted rollbar and mats. How do you guys like your 03 box s? I can't complain here. I like what they did with the spoiler in 03. It doesn't look as much like a flat board sticking out. I wonder if they had to change the body panels to accomadate.

I have only owned it for 5 days, and my wife has driven it most of the time. Like the guy in the Cayenne commercial, I could just rev it and listen all day. I love the sound.
In the past, I have purchased based on reliability and practicality. Obviously, the Boxster does not have the latter, so I am at least hoping for the former.

Mine is 2003 S with leather basically like yours 3,000 miles for $ 48,500. I added another set of winter wheels and alloys for 2200. Using the car everyday for work going through the Cross Bronx daily. So far I can rate it a ten plus.

From what I hear (and from pilot) the box is an incredibily reliable car, for a sports car that is.

Awesome color.
There was a 2003 in the AutoTrader here in the Phoenix area going for $42,900. Didn't have the Digital Bose sound, but everything else you have.
Seems like Porsches, MBs, BMWs all just get slaughtered after their first year on the market. Then again if you have the scratch its always nice to get exactly what you want.
