Jäger - Thanks. I actually don't use the chemical cleaners, I find once a used car wheel is cleaned completely after purchase they really don't help much. I've only had the car for 5 weeks and it had 7k miles on it when I got it so I'm not sure what the previous guy did. I think he had someone clean it though.
This is a really easy thing to do and really improves the look of the wheels. Thanks for the idea!
