Wow - they are terrible up close huh!!! They will come up nice after a good clean though, also consider using some iron-x on them.

Yea they have def seen better days. I've talked to IForged and they tell me that they are polished but extremely oxidized. They said I can try and use aluminum polish myself, but it will likely take a pro to get them back to where they should be. I just got a mothers powerball mini yesterday to try, but now the cars in the shop so it will have to wait.

You may have to lightly wet sand them with 2k grit to get them to shine again. You may even have to go with a more aggressive grit to get them back to shining again. But, I’d try the Mother’s polish first.
