My car is already in this thread but this is its first time under my wing :P

Yellow stitching, roll bars, and seat-belts, with supple leather looks so good. The black hardtop is a nice touch to keep it from being too much yellow.

The only pic of mine, too busy driving it to take anymore. Took this pic four years ago when I bought it, I have since swapped out the black tail lights and turn signals for OEM units.

Porsche Badge

Removed the Boxster emblem on the trunk, buffed and rubbed out the fade under it and replaced with this. What do you think?

emblem replacement

The B broke on my speed yellow boxster. Do I:
-Remove it and leave it blank
-Replace it with the original black
-Replace it with a chrome one

New 98 Pastel Yellow checking in

Just picked this up last week. '98 Pastel Yellow. Loving it so far. Even got it out to a Cars & Coffee and an Auto-x event already!

Very nice. Looks right at home with some of the vintage Porsche. Congrats on the purchase. Private seller or dealer?

Thanks. Actually picked it up from a dealer. Had a good PPI at an indy specialist, and the price was actually pretty competitive with most of the craigslist postings from private sellers. Plus, this one was spec'ed with the factory hardtop....something I hadn't been able to find easily.

Stock, except the 19's. Rides great. Yellow is the best color, without a doubt.

My yellow 2000 S

Hi Chaps
Here is a pic of 2000 S, its know in our family as the flying banana.

95k miles but with full service history. I love the speed yellow and blue combo.

I also love how the 18 turbo twist alloys fill out the arches, sits nice and low, thanks to it having the Euro suspension.

My only plan so far is to lube the starter motor bendix as it squels now and again on start up.

Oh ye and Im planning on replacing the blue seat belts with yellow ones.

The elderly chap who I bought it from informed me it was his 5th porsche, he had 4 911's before this.

I will always remember his parting words to me were "Porsches don't drive themselves but the more you drive it the more you will want to drive it"

How right he was....... its like driving something thats alive is the best way to describe it I think.
