Boxster and British weather

As most Brits know, we often get the best weather of the year in April and May (typically followed by rain all summer). Just had a lovely patch and so gave the Box a bit of a buff. Hope everyone in the UK enjoyed it while it lasted!

Looking great, well done!

If you love that weather, leave the 'main land' and head downunder, we get that all year round

Nice idea. Only slight problem with downunder is the ludicrously draconian enforcement of laughably low speed limits. Don't think I could cope with that - it's bad enough in the UK.

hehe true - except for the fact that we are a very large country with a very small population (lots of open roads with little police)

I'll leave you to read between the lines!

So, what you're sayin' is that if I live in a wood shed in the outback I can drive however I like

I'd kind of assumed that most of the remote roads that weren't policed would be 'Murcan style arrow straight for a billion miles kinds of roads and thus of no interest... are there good, worhtwhile roads near civilisation that one can enjoy without being persecuted?

haha its not all sand and tubleweed out here mate!!! I live about 15mins from the start of the 'Great Ocean Road' which is one of the best roads in the world for enthusiasts. Yes, it gets a bit of police attention, but they're only interested in bikes.

There are plenty plenty more as well, but Tasmania (that little island underneath the mainland australia) is just chocka block full of incredible mountainous twisty roads with little traffic and zero police

Car looks great!

And that third photo is quite artful with the bright guards red standing out prominently in what is essentially a black and white background.

Beautiful pics and great looking car!

But... what's the fun in owning a Boxster if your passenger gets to do all the driving?
