Drool drool...that is NICE! I respect you skipped PDK. Now just remove that front plate unless well they are required in your state

My wife will not drive anything but a stick. She feels you are not one with the car, just a passenger rather than the master of the machine. Life is good.

Yes. Colorado requires a front plate.

BTW. The salesman tried to talk us out of Beige Leather. Thought black or gray would look better. We saw a Bentley roadster with this color combination and just loved it. After the salesman saw the car in person he changed his mind.

We ordered the car with a stone gray top but it came black. No explanation. But it looks very good with the top up from the INSIDE bcus it matches the black trim features inside and looks great. I was thinking about the looks from outside...but then we hardly ever see the outside with the top up. We like the top down whenever possible.

Now I like Ruby, that is really nice! You keeping it? The aero package, is that just the sides, I like that a lot, I might do that to my car...did you add it or did it come with the car. I'm still searching for those wheels to replace mine. Add the clear side lights and it is perfect...I just got mine today from Pelican and installed them.

Ruby was totaled on Sept.30, 2008. We were hit from behind at a stoplight by a woman in an SUV. She knocked us out into the middle of the intersection. They took us to the hospital. My shoulder was hurt and I had a headache but no other serious injuries. The front 2/3s to the passenger compartment was perfect. The rear was indeed squashed. We are fortuneate we were not more seriously injured.

Yes the aero pkg was basically the running boards on the sides. The side engine intakes were painted the body color as were the roll bars.

The car was in mint condition. We cared for her and with less than 30k on the clock in 4 years. My wife loved that car. The 2011 S seems to be better in every way. Faster indeed. And alot more toys. Life goes on.

Good eye! Well I had them take it off before we left the dealership. The salesman was very helpful.

Thought that was a dealer sticker I saw and then it was gone...can't believe they put that on a car you ordered...I always tell them I'll use their sticker or plate but it will cost them $300 a month for advertizing, I figure my cars are so clean and look so good that it would be worth it to them.

Too bad about Ruby, was a nice car...wonder where the nice rims ended up

I told them NO advertising on the car. So they removed it when I asked in person. I don't mind the license plate as I will put a plain one on anyway.

The sticker they put on was too small to read unless you were opening the trunk. You have to get that close. Who's going to open the trunk except my wife and I anyway?? LOL

Yes. I really liked the Carrera Turbo wheels. Easy to clean. Would have to go to 19" for them on this car. Decided to play it safe and get 18" wheels as chuck holes can cause big problems here...and they sneak up on you, especially at night!

Pictured is my wife who won't drive anything but a stick shift. Life is good.

Thanks. The beige is warmer than black or gray IMVHO.
