found this on ebay its a 996 front end conversion I think it looks very JDM but I like it

Correct, that's a GT2 front end. I'm not sure if it really looks JDM or if it's the carbon fiber hood that makes it look that way. The owner of that car, Danny, has been trying to sell it for some time if you're interested. I've got tons of photos of his car too if you want more. He's done some very nice mods IMHO.

I had mine tinted and overall I am pleased. I wish they were a little darker.

I understand you specifically mentioned tint but if you decide to go down the route of having them painted, here is a point of reference.
