This photo was taken by a fellow PCA member who's name I totally forgot but I'm eternally grateful to.

My first picture on this forum of me and my car! hahahaha Too bad the picture is poor quality. I can't figure out why I have two images.

First DE

The first pic is DE at BIR, in Brainerd, Minnesota.
The second is the result of a wild turkey that hit my windshield on I80 in rural Iowa.
Be careful on the roads.

How do I get the pic to show, instead of just be attached??

Ouch!! Man, I bet that made one hell of a thud. What was your speed at impact? Must have been like sittin' behind home plate (behind the netting) when someone fouls a fast ball straight back at your face. Bet you ducked!?

I don't know my speed of impact exactly. I was going about 75-80 when I saw the bird running up, I let up and changed lanes, so I was probably going about 60. I was expecting to feel the bird under the car, then BAM! Yes, very startled!! Glass shards all over me and the rest of the inside of the car. There was no time to duck.

ScratchX pretty much took out the scratches you see. I kept the feathers.

I roasted the turkey, but it was a bit flat. :-)
