Wink The ride quality is better than I thought.............

Actually btwn my Box w/ 18's and his w/ 19's I didn't find it harsher like everyone states. I think my buddy is running Eibach Springs on 19's. Def. 10/10 for looks. One thing to mention is his Boxster is mainly a show/competition car. I take mine for rips on a regular basis,so the 18's suit me just fine for ride quality.

What size tires are on those 18's? My pal who had a BoxsterS and now has a GT3 for track use recommended that the Boxster on 18's run 245 front tires 275 rear for maximum grip. Fills up the wheel well perfectly.

Hey PerfectLap.....................................

My 18's are 225/40 front and 265/35 rear. Much better grip than the 17's I had. I think there are a number of posts on PPBB re: this issue with size. Not sure if 245's on the front will stick out or not. I def. didn't want them to stick out past the wheel well as I have another buddy who went big on the front and head it sticks out. I would take a look at your buddy's ride and see if you like the look. To each is his/her own. Don't forget to add a 1" drop on H&R's or Eibach's to finish your ride off if you haven't done it already.
