new "986S" emblem

Just put this on and was pretty pleased with how it turned out. What do you guy's think?

O.k... that didn't work. I wanted to attach a picture of my new emblem, but it says my picture (file) is too large. can someone please tell me how to make the picture smaller, so I can share it with y'all.
Thanks.

looks good!

You can also embed the picture into your post by grabbing the entire contents in the box below "IMG Code - Forums & Bulletin Boards" and put that in the message to get this:

Basically, you encase the link to the photo you posted with the IMG coding like this:

{IMG}http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm153/ty056r/986s.jpg{/IMG} but change the { and } to [ and ]

Chills, you sent the same reply to me when I showed off my Boxster S decal on my air dam. Do you own stock in the company? Just kidding. I saw a Boxster shortly after your suggestion with the bumperettes painted and it did look very nice. I'm going to have mine done this winter. Thanks for the heads up

A similar photo showed up here about a year ago and I loved it Did you get it from Bumper Plugs? If not where? I want to replace my Boxster logo with the number. I think he red S would look great on my lapis blue boxster.
Yours looks great by the way.

Thanks. I got both the numbers and the "S" from ebaymotors. The numbers came from suncoast_porsche and the "S" from driven-4-speed. It was real easy to install. I used masking tape to esablish "center" and another strip of masking tape to act as a guide for the top line of the numbers and "S". Please post a photo of the finished product.

Thumbs up

Looks good....I did the same a while ago....but used a smaller sized 'S' from a clubsport badge, painted and fitted....some say that I have put the badge up too high...but I prefer the position...
