Like your side scoops. Are they the type that tape onto the original or do they replace the originals? Where did you get them?

They are replacements. A previous owner had them and the rest of the body kit and spoiler installed so I’m not sure where to get them. I wish I knew more of its history. They did a good job making it look unique.

Here is my 01 986 S taking a much needed break...
Close to 60 degrees today (1/20/21)in Colorado...

I purchased this 2001 S 10 years ago. It was like new then with the exception of the rag top, the rear plastic window showing all the signs of sun damage. This was replaced with a new top with a heated glass rear window.

About 6 weeks ago I purchased clear headlights to replace the "fried eggs". I was a little skeptical that it would really make a difference, but all I can now say is "wow". This encouraged me to swap out the amber repeaters for clear, and then this weekend I swapped out the amber tail lights for LED red/clear versions. I think the result is stunning, and heartedly recommend this conversation.









Right-hand drive as I am in Australia ...

Looks great and I completely agree, getting rid of the amber takes years off of the look.
