first of all your cars are awesome! Thats a sweet lineup of cars you've had and i love the yellow as well..
second, i think u handled the "attack" great, i get really pissed off when people think that its impossible to be young and have money/be sucessful. My gf and I get this crap all the time and it pisses me off like crazy because most of the time its just jelaousy and ignorance.
Anyway, enjoy your cars and good luck with everything

Absolutley perfect to deal with that dick the way you did, you've done amazing and to give your dad a job is cool you ever thought of bucking the trend and calling the company ********* & father
Ignorance is to blame, on a smaller scale i get it to as i work for a family business and am not the poorest 24 year you'll get I own my own home...etc..etc, in life its only extra 000's on the pay check that devide these situations, i mean we all drive Porsches for god sake, but creating an empire like that yourself is impressive, you dont need smoke blown up your ass by everyone on here but courtesy and respect are defo required.
Ever thought of chopping the lambo and box in and getting a Carrera GT???

Add another 200K to that and it may happen. About bottom of the market right now is $329K.

man, i really do hate when people ask a bunch of questions about why my dad gave me what i have. excuse me if im wrong but is it really that unbelievable that a 20 year old kid could have a good enough job to own a boxster, a nice motorcycle and a house without his parents help? people are either jealous or just ****************************s.

You have OBVIOUSLY not been in a Carrera GT... no offense man, but there isn't a single lambo EVER that hold the wood shifter in the Carrera GT.

'Obviously' is correct. Infact i have never seen one in the flesh yet............
However........
my Grandpa has a McLaren mercedes (pics avail on request if you like) which is the absolute nuts and i have sat in one of those and infact been lucky enough to have driven the beast.
I love the Carrera GT but i do believe thats check....-mate.

trust me it will be my pleasure.
Yeah they have always kicked it with Auto's, but i suppose it is due to the engines being powerful.

hey guys I just seen these replies, the carrera GT is an amazing car , dont get me wrong . but a carrera GT doesn't really appeal to me that much. First the silver and black ones are too "normal" looking if you can imagine that. The only advantage I see that has over my lambo is the removable top. I do think I'm going to grab a murci roadster sometime in the future, the only drawback is the stupid toupe top that you cant use over 100mph , its kinda a joke. But a carrera gt just doesn't "do it" for me. You guys know what I mean, some people love corvettes some people hate them, kinda like that thing. I mean its got about the same amount of horsepower vs my lambo, but my lambos is more useable with all wheel drive, and the doors go up and the more exotic looks are that added bonus.
Heres another quick video I shot of the lambo: http://www.pteam.net/lambo2.wmv 5 megs takes a little bit to load

I say congrats to you for achieving your success. Success and wealth can mean alot to different people. As you get older your definition of success changes, and I think you find it less important to "flash" your wealth so much, as you know you have it, and you don't need to prove anything. Same reason why alot of clutch popping kids are revving at the light to take on everyone, it is just thinly veiled confidence and a need to prove who they are through what they own, instead of being strong & confident in who they are.
This is my first Porsche and I could have bought a new one in cash and not lost a minute sleep, but I personally find it hard to just justify it, (call me crazy) just for a weekend fun car, so that it why I bought a clean used one. I figured heck, even if I want/need to toss in another $5k-10k for extras or maintenance, it is still OK...even if the whole car is junk, losing $25K is not a huge deal in the scheme of things, so it doesn't bother me.
Be proud of who you are, but never let anything define who you are as a person, Porsche or not.
All the best!

What's the resale like on a Lambo?
My neighbohr has a yellow Gallardo Spyder, CLS AMG and a C4S....nice
Two houses down is mint 968, within one block there are two other Boxsters, Cayenne Turbo and Azzure Blue CaymanS. Porsche friendly community
re the CGT. I know two guys who have/had one. Both have told me they spun the car more than once and its not all a comfortable car to drive. You back feels every seam in the road, highway asphalt, ruts, pot holes, etc. The gear shift feels like something on a Peterbilt. Bottom line... the car was never intended to be driven on streets, and was only sold as a road car to salvage the entire ALMS proto project that was scrapped before the car entered a single race.

I agree with you , the Carrera GT doesnt do it for me either and i also dont like the wheels on it. I would have a Murci everytime and the roadster (omg) awesome. The lambo has the 'reliability' that alot of its competetors dont. However its what you add on that makes the car rediculously awesome the extra list is quality.
Im a bad grandson i still havent been out to see my nana and papa and grabbed those photos, thats what working 6 days aweek 11-12 hours a day does for you.

how does the Murcielago compare to the Diablo?
I always thought the Diablo was the most over the top exotic...
A friend is considering a Gallardo spyder as a not-quiet-a-daily-driver but still driven allot. Told him gettting a Lambo without a V12 is like going out an a date with Pamela Anderson but only after she had the implants removed.
