Sorry gpminow, no experience reconnecting the gas pedal. I'm sure someone with knowledge will chime in.

Good luck, and post some pics when you're done.

Very nice, ddb. The new pedals are a much-needed improvement over the stock ones. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the set? I assume the set of three came with the dead pedal, too?

Thanks guys. The dead pedal was included.

Here's a set listed from the same seller:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-Pedals-Boxster-Carrera-GT2-GT3-C4S-996-986-TT-S_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33700QQihZ015QQitemZ2 50138819753QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

They are more expensive than my set ($99.99 versus $69.99), but are slightly different. I actually like these better than the pedals I bought. Shipping is the same, $25,which seems high to me.

Hmm, I like it - might have to look into a set for me.

SC986:

It's a bear to get your hand contorted enough to plug in the defroster cable. Keep trying and you will get it in. Looking forward to seeing the hardtop.

Dr. Kill:

For the money I think those pedals offer a great bang for the buck! Post some pics if you decide to install a set.
