is it just the springs? sway bars?
Whats included in the "kit"
Do you think you could do it yourself?

The RoW 030 kit includes;shocks,springs sway bars & bushings.

It's only a D.I.Y. if you have all the special tools and such. It took my indy P-Car mechanic 6 hours with just a jack and jack stands and all the tools needed and he did it in my garage.
