Installed a new switch and tried manualy pushing...

Installed a new switch and tried manualy pushing it in and it does not solve the problem. Also I have replaced the micro switch in the B pillar.

I have a1997 Boxter and the power windows won't go up with the top up, work fine with top down or if I un-plug the micro switch in the B pillar then they will work but it disengages the power top.Any...
