Yes, that is true - for the Boxster's that have the tape on the vents. For the earlier ones that did not have tape on the vents, those vents were a source of the foam blowing around as well.

Do you only need the 3rd radiator? Or do you need everything needed to install a third radiator into a a Boxster that did not come with one?
