Looking into it

It's usually a mod that's found on a lot of gutless wonder japanese cars, but you should be able to find one to fit your bung. All it really does is pull the O2 sensor out a little ways so that it...

I tried

Well, like I said it was my 2 cents and I don't know a whole lot about these water cooled 6's. As for my smoke explanation; that is what I was told by Matt at Sport Haus in Reno (surely someone has...

After thought

Another thing that you can also do is put a spark plug defouler in around your second O2 sensor and then you may be able to go completely catless w/o a CEL

Re-think the ink

Alright boys, here's the deal, lets all use a little common sense here. You can only build something so much one way or so much another way before you sacrafice. Porsches are a performance vehicle,...

Just a thought

I just thought that I would throw in my 2 cents here. I know that flat 6's are well known for seeping a little bit of oil from the valve seats if they sit for any length of time (within a day or two...

Damn

Maaaaaaaaaaan, I was gonna come into this thread and try to sound smart, but I can't top Lil' Bastard (love the screen name, huge James Dean fan). However, I would almost say that with no mods, your...

What I would do

A handfull of the 2.5 liter (pre 2000) boxsters had a little problem with the casting, but that was so long ago that someone else will have already dealt with that headache by the time you get a car....

At the wheels or the crank?

It is really not that hard to get 100hp per liter. What some people forget is that almost every car that has hit that achievement is getting measured at the crank just like the GT3 and pretty much...

I love that fact that some people make things up as the go along and then expect everyone else who owns a boxster to know THEIR terminology so here it goes.... irregardliessly I am going to put a...

Desnorkeled????????

I'm not really sure of what desnorkeling a car is exactly doing. I'm sure that I could have looked it up some where in the forums, but I would much rather have it spelled out for me so that I get it....

I'm really glad that I decided against the 19" wheels now. Plus I found that any decent tire (and by decent I mean barely makes SCCA STO class standards) that I wanted to buy didn't com in anything...

From everything that I can remember both bungs are in the header, so swapping mid pipes is no biggie. The only issues are going to high flow cats in the header with no cats in the mid-pipe ( for...
