To think of all the trouble I went through to put in that airbox he cut in half....I think I'll leave mine as is now. Plus, It looks like a total PITA to get that new filter out to clean it.

I passed the smog test today. :dance:

I removed my restriction and replaced it with a much smaller one, car runs great again. So happy to be done with this pain.

I did try that, it fits the same yes. Turns out the tube is too big for the DME to compensate for it, so I stuck some foam in there to reduce the size a little. Seems to be working so far, no CEL.

The idling volts is in that range, I didn't check engine off. I did notice 2-3 volts when on the gas.
