The Zeintop looks good but if you want a Cayman, buy one.

Unfortunately the ware you describe is "normal". You can go to an even harder tire but your handling will suffer somewhat. Tire ware is just the penalty we have to pay for a good handling sports car.

I bought some plastic polish at Walmart for $5 bucks and it worked great. I don't remember the brand name but there are a lot of such products on the market and they seem to work well.
