did look at the fuel pump relay

The relay tested good with a 9 volt battery.. The smallest pin is the one from the DME. It did test correctly in that it had 3.5 volts from the DME that dropped to zero when the ignition key was...

I tested at the plug at the top of the fuel tank. The Green wire was where I looked.

Would this be under the battery right at the tank?
