Congrats! Why not buy a stock shift assembly...
Congrats! Why not buy a stock shift assembly (cheap) and swap to see if it clears up your problem. If it does, you can decide from there if its good enough or you can swap to a better shift kit...

So be on the lookout!
Hard to shift may be an issue internal to the transmission (worst case $ wise). It could be hydraulics (clutch master, slav or both). Check the fluid level and look for leaks...
