I don't know which one of the hoses was the culprit but since I didn't see any debris or liquid coming out of the hoses directly located in the wheel well I assume it must have been one of the hose...

I did try the center console lock with my key and...

I did try the center console lock with my key and it won't open that either... I also sprayed some lock lubricant in the key hole without success. The only lock that actually works is the ignition...
