How many NY/NJ/Metro area.....

Guys do we have here? If we have enough guys in the "neighborhood" or any near by who would like to drive out, why don't we have a nice drive/lunch one day soon? The weather is starting to get a little bit better after the cold spell we had this winter. Today it even hit 50 in NYC. So who's up for it?

That sounds like a good idea. I live in Long Island. I was in your neck of the woods today doing a favor for someone in Great Kills, Staten Island. I drove with the top down today for my drive home.

I'm in Heartland Village so Great Kills is 5 minutes from me. If we can get a good turnout of 10 cars or so it would be nice. We can start the day at a centralized location and get them washed and then go for a drive and lunch. Who else is up for it?

Hey Guys,

I'm in the process of organizing a spring NYC run. I have already done quite a few in Boston (just moved back to NYC) and have had great fun, am now duplicating this back in NYC.

I have some pictures of our Boston run here

We had a very diverse group of people and cars, all-in-all is quite a success.
Some pix:

I would love to get some tri-state area to pop onto my board. We have a good gang of people (from Ferrari's to 350Zs, and everything in between).

The Manhattan Run will be on Sunday April 24th, will start at 6AM and meet at Grant's Tomb. We will then drive through the city and make our way to Liberty State Park. You can sign up and see additional details here: http://www.yuppieracing.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=63

You don't think the Elise can keep up with those "supercars" (which includes regular C5's, M3's and 350z's by the way)? The elise can probably run circules around some of those cars on the track.

Thumbs up for the Elise.

the elsie may be new to you, but its been around here for years. Yer the elise cant keep up with the M3, the M3 will blow it away.

The elise is for cheap thrills... THUMBS DOWN as every TV show does, never seen anything good written about the elise, its a go-cart with an engine! lol
