Anyone Else's 987 Scratch Their CDs?

Recently I noticed that the CD's I've been playing in my 06 987 are scratched and beginning to skip. When not in the CD player (I have the standard not the Bose Upgrade) i keep them in a case and take good care of them.

The roads here in LA have their share of potholes and bumps, but this level of wear doesn't seem appropriate.

Has anyone else had this problem?

You should burn copies of your original cd's so that the originals stay in great shape.

I have had no such issues with my 987 with regular stereo. Have you just noticed this? Have you informed the dealer about this by any chance? It does sound like an odd problem to have.

well, sounds like something i should talk to the dealer about. The radio has been more tempremental than it should be, as i also get the "Stop" message when starting the car, even when it's not warm.
thanks for the input.
