Strange beeping from the clutch paddle area

I got this wierd issue, its a beeping coming from the area of the clutch pedle, its a speakers somewhere for sure. its not the alarm i already unhooked that and its still there, radio out no change.

Perhaps something aftermarket? GPS tracker perhaps? i am going nuts.

It was so hard to pinpoint as it resoneded through the whole cabin.
However found it, it was some aftermarket "thing" going towards the gearshifter. i cut off one end of the speaker. Ill check later what the hell it is need to take the center console out. It was wired to the fusebox. What the heck could it be

Wonder if the PO had a radar/laser detector hardwired, and that was the alert signal for it? See that you are in the Netherlands, and that the car is RHD as well, so not sure if that’s a thing in Europe or not.

I had a friend who imported a car and it had a beep for some sort of highway lane pass, and a neighbor who got a DUI and had to blow into his car, but would make tons of noise if you didn't do it right.
