Fantastic, thank you! I have been thinking a square set up as one option for next winter tire shopping. I'll look further on to this 50 ET 17" wheels sizes you have.
And I guess, you have not yet seen tire rubbing in to the fenders?
Is your suspension at the stock height?

You could get a second set of your current wheels and run 4 rears in Summer and 4 fronts in Winter, that way you're always square and don't have to buy a loose pair of fronts or rears.
