? about removing the front bumper grilles

I bought new grilles for the front bumper since mine are fading. Tommorow I'm changing them out. I have some questions about removing the front bumper;

- Do I have to remove the front bumper to swap out the grilles?

- If I raise the car enough(I use a jack to lift the body some but not enough to get the wheels off of the ground) for me to fit a wrench in the wheel well to loosen the three 10mm plastic nuts holding the wheel well liner in do really need to remove the wheels?

Keep in mind I'm not trying to clean my radiators,only change the grilles out.
Any input would be appreciated.

Front Bumper is super easy to remove. 10mins off 10mins on; i think its the best way to change out the grill. Less headache too

Robert call me up if you want some instructions on removal in install.
