The best way or the cheapest?

They aren't the same way.

Hey the best way is H&R or any other manufacturer 1.3' lowering. You could probably find a good set on ebay for about $250 - $300.00. Maybe even a few used sets for cheaper. Install is expensive, get a quote for install first.

Suspension

Check out ebay, amazon and shop around online. The best option will be ebay. Personally I wont buy used parts for my porsche but thats just me.

Good luck!

cheap and best way doesnt go together, but if you need just a tad maybe u can torch them a little. that will give u a cheap drop, but not the best, and its free
i dont know if i'd do this to a porsche, but did it to my e30 bmw, and no difference in ride quality

but then again that car cost me as much as springs and install on porsche would be, thats y i didnt care
