I've mine off right now. Looking at it... maybe incorrectly you reinstalled it? Maybe the larger piece, to which the spoiler "top" snaps into place, and to which through you insert those three "push pins"... maybe it's hanging somewhere.

When you reinstalled the spoiler... did you have the two bars all the way up? Had completely, by pressing the switch on the fuse panel, you ensured those two bars fully extended?

Have you disassembled everything and taken another stab?
