Just measured temps after a run to the shops and back, 315 degrees. I've scrapped the idea unfortunately.
The exhaust is booked in when lockdown is over to get some seals welded, so I'll ask him about plumbing in pipes similar to the original PSE, but after the 2" vacuum valves, I'll ask him to reduce to 1". I like the sound as is and wouldn't want to change it, plus it'll be a tight fit for the facelift bumper.
