Get a friend. Find a big parking lot. Have your friend drive the car around in a circle very slowly while you walk alongside to try and locate where the sound is coming from. When you think you have it, have the friend stop the car but not change the steering angle so you can check whatever you think is scraping. Keep doing this until you find the source of the scraping sound. Its a bit time consuming but if you're diligent, you'll find the source.
