One person's A/C works having this fault code and one person's A/C doesn't work with this fault code.

Thing is I never ever use the recirculate air mode as it fogs up the windows. I'm not seeing if the air is fresh or recirculated how it would have any affect on the temp of the air coming out of the vents?
