BFH or what?

This came to me this morning. I was expecting a flywheel and stuff, but I guess it disappeared in transit. I need to remove this flex-plate (I guess the car was a tip?) but I am hesitant to use a lot of prying force. Can anyone give me a few hints?

Yes, the engine was fitted for a tiptronic transmission.

Thanks Tom, my mechanic friend got back to me this morning as well. “It’s tight on the dowel. Pry bars at 9 and 3 and work it off slowly”. Sounds like a plan.
Oddly, the article that you linked to skips over the drive plate removal.

When I looked at the link, the takeaway that I was hoping you'd see was that its only those bolts holding it on - nothing else to remove. If its stuck, use penetrating oil and heat.

It’s off! I just needed to insist a little more. I won’t be using this plate anyway since it’s for a tip. Thanks for the input!
