My thinking isn't that the SAI system is influenced, its how is the 2nd O2 sensor warm up effected with better flow from the delete pipes. If that 2nd O2 takes longer to warm up and the SAI shuts down, the monitor may see it as incomplete. Just a theory
I have more investigation to do
I did some reading on the fabspeed site as they have a mod for possible cel errors from cat delete also, basically said what you did about tempature. But i think theres adds a co2 filter as well.

The fadspeed are pricey but look from pics to be better built. Wish we had a good comparison.
