That wheel you linked, I couldn't zoom in enough to see if it had the embossed numbers around the valve stem, which is how you tell if a wheel is the Porsche OEM wheel instead of a replica. This works for most Porsche wheels except for some of the hollow turbo twists wheels (I think that some of them don't have the embossed numbers)

You should be able to score a set of those 18" Cayman S wheels for $1000 or less.
