Looking to improve my headlights without spending a ton of money. Any good ideas or options? Thx

What is your problem? If lenses are cloudy try wet sanding and polishing.

+1 These headlights can really come back to life with just a light sand and polish.
Yes, Fred's projectors are awesome, but generally not available. You may find another (not as nice) kit to convert yours. Beware of cheap "HID Conversions" without a proper projector and shoddy electronics.

Other thoughts:
-I've purchased some very good headlights on eBay that were poorly listed for $150
-If the inner lens is badly burnt/melted consider removing it, you are better off with no inner lens.
-The classified section of the forum has plenty of people parting cars and often great deals if you are quick to respond.

Give us some specifics and post pics. We love pics, even if its nasty yellowed headlights.
