Rear strut bar worth it?

Hi all, I am just curious if a rear strut bar will provide a noticabe inhancement or if its just waste of money and time, as well as helping nothing. I have found a rear strut bar on e-bay for about 30 bucks, in good shape. I autocross alot and could use any extra stiffness i can get. thanks, any thoughts are appreciated.

kyle, do you have a front brace yet? For $30 bucks you can't go wrong. If you autocross, this may force/bump you into another division. I am not sure about this, so check around regarding the autocross rules regarding suspension mod(s).

I am planning to add the rear strut brace to my car, but I am just waiting for Racing Dynamics to make one for the rear 987.

no i do not have a front brace yet, im working on that. strut braces will not bump me into a higher class at autocross, i have looked into it already(i autocross localy, not with SCCA).

thanks

kyle, do a search on "strut bar" and "strut brace" and you will find some good threads on this forum.

FWIW- the guys on RennTech think they are worthless! Oh well.
