Camshaft Deviation & stored codes!

Went in to have Cam Deviations checked today - they seem all good.
But, some stored mis-fire codes showed up on cyls. 4 & 6.
I don't have a check eng. light (although it did flash on for a few seconds last week along with rough idle - for around 3 seconds.) It is running fine with no indication of a misfire.
Had new plugs last year, cleaned Throttle Body last month, some of the coils have small cracks and I have had a rat problem & recently had to re-connect a nibbled knock-sensor connection with new wiring.
Enclosed pics of read outs.
Any ideas or comments welcome.
Forgot to mention - 2001, 2.7 with 65000 miles.

Cracked coils are a problem anytime there is moisture around. They will misfire, so replace them.
