Shifter slowly returns to center

Bloomj Registered User Join Date: Oct 2017 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 20	Bump - I have the same issue. I replaced the shifter console with a 997 unit and changed the gear oil hoping that would fix it. Now when the car is cold it is still very lazy to return to center. After things have warmed up it returns to center okay but is not snappy like I'm used to in other cars.
