plastic covers for hardtop mounts

I have the hardtop mounting kit, where the hardtop pins attache to, and I was wondering were I can get the plastic covers for them for when I dont have the hardtop on. I just wish to cover the holes that show in the metal bolts. I dont know where to get them from

Your 986 should have had cover's (PN: 986 561 655 00) before the SpinLocks (hardtop mounts) where installed.
However, the plastic covers will not fit once you install the SpinLocks, the opening is not big enough.

I bought it like that, with the spin locks already on. I thought that I could just buy plastic covers to cover the holes when I don't have the hardtop on. So basically, once you have the spinlocks, you cant cover them?

There's nothing from Porsche. However, check with your local paint/body shop. They've got plugs for all kinds of things. $10 max, but maybe even free.

Plastic covers there before I fitted spinlocks fit into the spinlocks just fine.

Get these from your Porsche dealer.

Same here. The covers that were on before I installed the spinlocks fit just fine with the spinlocks installed.

But if you don't have the original covers, the part number for them is:

986-561-655-00-OEM $3.00/each from Pelican.
