Hi Derek,

There is a small circular vent on the left hand side of the steering wheel. Pop that out with a small screwdriver. Underneath is a torx bit screw, take that out. Pop out the hazard switch on the passenger side of the steering wheel. Under there is another torx. Once those are you, you can pull straight up on the gauge cluster and it will pop out. You will not be able to pull it up very far as there are 3 electrical plugs on the backside with quick releases. Undo those and pull the cluster away from the dash. It is a good idea to lay down a towel on the dash, just so you don't leave any imprints from the gauge cluster.

There are a couple of bulbs on the backside, you might as well replace them all while you are in there....
