Squeek in retro gear??

..i read a lot on how some of you have experianced similar sounds when first fireing up the car etc.

belts would have been the first though from mr too...

but in this case the sqweeek sound comes out only in reverse and when i turn all the way to the right? it sounds like the sound does come from the rear so i dont think it could be anything related to the steering, still it occurres only when i turn???

any ideas?
