Cross threaded bolt....need advice

Hi, try another similar bolt in the hole to see if it screws in freely.
If not run a tap in to it to clean it out and try again and run a die nut(make sure correct pitch) down the bolt or use a 3 cornered file. If this fails you may have to drill and tap to next size up.
