Need to counterhold the rack portion?

JFP. Could I ask? Do you usually ​counterhold the rack portion in any way on removing and torqueing the inner tie rod in?
And If so, the rack holding device, like Huzar's tool: Hercula Grip, are on the market
(Products to suspension - Huzar EN).
Are there any other safer effective methods for the counter holding?
