From the service history, it seems like the clutch has never been changed yet. Jim could also be right.

Jim, I don't do it that often, just occassionally (and no, I'm not doing launches) when I'm waiting to squeeze out into a gap in traffic. If I behave myself and release the clutch normally, it all works fine
