so if there is no harness, will i still get the HID/xenon effect via just plugging it in (is this even possible)? and is the wiring just for the up/down, rotating feature? i just want to make sure that i'm making the right purchase for the right price, wouldn't want to pay the 'litronic premium' if at the end of the day, all i'm getting is a clear set of headlights with the same halogen lighting.
