OEM or Aftermarket for ignition switch?

price range is broad on these ignition switches. does it matter if its oem or aftermarket? anyone with issues? thank you

I got mine aftermarket from eBay for around $11. I can find the link Monday or if you find the thread with tips about swapping the switch it has a link. Has been working great so far.

thanks guys for your advice. yes if you can find the link to your exact one you bought.

i see ones for $5-$30. Just curious if the aftermarket ones are just as good. It seems like it. thank you! Im tired of pulling my key out and the car beeps thinking its still in there. Have to put in and out a few times before it stops. thanks again !

I had trouble with an aftermarket unit; had to replace it with one I got from an Audi dealer.

NAPA usually has them in stock for about $11. You have one around the corner in Hummelstown.
