I drove it after having the dealer tune it up and changethe oil. I washed it and now I have a belt-like squeek coming from the engine. I removed the back window carpet and engine cover. I had the car running, and sprayed belt dressing on the belt at the front that goes to the alternator. The sound continued andis coming from the back of the engine. To reach this area, I will have to drive the back up on ramps. Any ideas on the cause?
