GAZ shocks

Anyone here running GAZ shocks?

I'm contemplating a set of their "gold" series adjustable coil-overs (bump+rebound adjusted by a single knob)

Would like to hear some first hand feedback/experiences about them...

GAZ shocks are popular in the UK (I think thats where they are made). Good quality I believe.

You can also log on to the British site Index of / and see if any of the Brits have any experience with them.

I had Gaz Gold on my old BMW track slag. They're good value.

Without doubt, better can be bought. For the money, I doubt you will do better. The company offers excellent service, allowing you to spec the kit how you want it for no extra cost and to get rebuilds and new custom-poundage springs for very little money.

If you are a tinkerer, they can't be beat.

But like I said, you can get better. I didn't feel my Gaz Gold front struts on my BMW really had the damping quality and force to control the high poundage springs I was running. But the car still handled nicely and it would have taken big money to significantly out perform the Gaz kit.
